Contract Description:
The interagency Comparative Survival Oversight Committee was established to design, plan, and oversee the conduct and analysis of and maintain liaison with their agencies for the multi-agency Comparative Survival Study (CSS). The Oversight Committee members have been established by the project sponsoring agencies.  The agencies sponsoring the study are Idaho Department of Fish and Game, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife , Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, the US Fish and Wildlife Service,  and the Columbia River Inter-tribal Fish Commission.  Members are appointed by their respective agencies and may change from time to time.  The contract also includes:  Other Professional Services, which may consist of Various Entities as determined by the committee, specific to a project.

The specific amount of time required for each member of the Oversight Team to conduct these tasks will depend on the issues raised and the decision of the Oversight Team to delegate specific tasks to members of the team or their staff.  The budget proposal is developed on the anticipated workload as described in the following time and task schedule and consideration of the time available by individual Oversight Committee members.  The actual hours billed by each Committee member will depend on the time they each expend on a task.  Workload assignments and work priorities will be managed within the annual budget constraints.  

The primary task for the 2009 contract is  to assist in the analysis and writing for, and review of the CSS Report.
